Processing

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing once we receive your order (Excluding Weekends & Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time and it is separate from shipping time. After processing is complete, shipping process begins and a tracking number is issued immediately. Please note that that tracking number will update once received and processed successfully by USPS.

 

Purchasing

We will try our best to ensure that item availability is accurate as possible but there are no guarantees.

For this reason, If purchase an item that has been sold we will contact you about missing item in which you can opt for a refund on item or change. Shipping options will be shown during purchase processing time.

URA offers the following shipping options:

First Class Shipping – (4-7 business days) 

Priority Shipping - ( 2-4 business days)

 

Shipping

We only ship within the US. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing (excluding weekend and holidays) and  2-7 business days for shipping depending on the option you choose. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please make sure all information is entered correctly to ensure packages arrive in the advertised time frame. This includes correct street numbers, abbreviation, apartment number, ect. You will receive a tracking number once USPS receives your package.

URA is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or have control over package.

 

Return / Exchanges

Our return Policy last 14 days after order is received (excluding weekends & holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until item we receive item. Contact us customer.ura@gmail.com subject return and we will assist you. Item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding weekends & holidays) of receiving return label. Items are only exchangeable if item is unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. Refunds are only issued if wrong item was sent out or item was defective with proof. All sale items are final that included items bought with coupon codes and during flash sales.
