Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Policy:

Definition of Pre-Order: A pre-order is an advance purchase made for a product that is not yet available for immediate delivery. Customers can secure their order during the pre-order period and receive the item once it becomes available.

Duration of Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will be available for a period of two weeks from the start date of the pre-order announcement.

Processing and Shipping Timeline: Processing and shipping of pre-orders will begin one week after the pre-order period expires. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received.

Important Notes:

Payment for pre-orders will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your order.


Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders will be provided upon checkout and may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.
Any additional items purchased with pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

If you want non pre-order Items shipped before the pre-order is shipped you will have to make second order. One for the pre-order Item and One for the non pre-order items.


Cancellation and Refunds:

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as orders may have already entered the processing phase.
