Frequently Ask Questions:

  1. When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are shipped on week days only (Monday -Friday). Most orders will ship with in 5-7 business days with exception of high demand periods. During high demand periods please allow 7-10 business day for processing and shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

 

  1. Why is my tracking number not updated?

    Tracking number are issued once order is printed and will not be updated until received by USPS.

 

  1. Order says delivered but my package is not here?

    We no longer have control over package once it is received by USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive package. In most case USPS updates the status to delivered a head of time and package is receive later that day or next day.

 

  1. Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

    Order is shipped after processing is complete.

 

  1. I received a different item than I ordered, how can I fix this?

    If customers are shipped the incorrect item, the item must be returned to us and we will ship out the correct item. Please be advised that proof of incorrect item is required.

 

  1. I ordered the wrong size, how can I change this?

    Our return / exchange policy is 14 days after order is received. This does not include weekends and holidays. Items will not be processed until we receive item and item is in good condition.
